Code 420 is the first tabletop digital game produced by GTI Productions. It is playable by two players using cell phones. The name "Code 420" comes from the main idea that players will input a 4-digit number that equates to 20.

This project focuses on contributing to the players' critical thinking and skills as it emphasizes thinking strategically to win against the other player. Challenge your friends, classmates, and co-workers during your free time. Not only will you be able to enjoy it, but you also have the opportunity to improve yourself at the same time.

Making of the Game

This game's concept was first made as a college project. Ensuring not to waste its potential, the developers decide to put it into action. During the initial development, several prototypes were made before deciding on its final design. Unlike any other games produced by GTI Productions, which are made with Unity Game Engine and C# as the primary programming language, Code 420 is made using Python.

Gameplay

Code 420 was developed as a user-friendly application focusing on entertainment while simultaneously improving various skills, such as logical reasoning and critical thinking. Before the game begins, each player will enter their 4-digit code which sums up to 20. During the game, players take turns guessing each other's four-digit numbers. The player who correctly guesses their opponent's combination first wins the game. Through an interactive mode, players and users can engage in enjoyable activities with their acquaintances. Furthermore, the app offers a visually appealing interface that aims to enhance the overall gaming experience.
